1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return requests under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email us at partmantra@gmail.com with your Order ID, product details, and a brief description of the issue (along with photos if applicable).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return, including:

Electrical parts (due to installation damage risks).

Items that have been installed, used, or tampered with.

Products purchased during clearance or discount offers (unless damaged in transit).
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.
4. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we can arrange for a new item to be shipped after we receive and verify your returned product.
5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

In such cases, Part Mantra will bear the return shipping costs.
