1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier partners.
If your location is remote or not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–8 business days
    Delivery time may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or unforeseen logistics issues.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a certain value (as mentioned on our website).


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and courier details.
You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status on the courier’s website.


6. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
In case your shipment is lost in transit, we will initiate a replacement or full refund after verification with the courier service.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.
We will not be responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
